Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made on pippawillowbooks.com and to the use of our printable products. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Books sold through Amazon and other retailers
Our printed books are sold through Amazon and other third-party retailers. Those purchases are handled entirely by the retailer, including payment, shipping, returns and refunds, and are subject to that retailer's own terms and policies.

Printable products sold on this site
Our printable coloring pages are sold directly on this website as digital downloads (PDF files). No physical item will be shipped.

Delivery
After checkout, you'll receive a download link on your order confirmation page and by email. If your link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, contact us at hello@pippawillowbooks.com and we'll send it again.

How you may use our printables
When you buy a printable, you may:

  • Print it as many times as you like for your own family
  • Print it for use in your own classroom or group

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or give away the digital file
  • Upload the file to any website, shared drive, or file-sharing service
  • Sell printed copies or use the designs in products for sale

All designs remain the property of Pippa Willow Books.

Refunds
Because our printables are delivered instantly as digital files, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what was described, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll fix the problem or refund your order.

Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Email updates
If you join our email list, we'll send occasional updates about new books and printables. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to any purchase made after it's posted.
