Refund policy

Printable products (digital downloads)
Our printable coloring pages are delivered instantly as digital files, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

If something goes wrong, we'll make it right. If your file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what was described, email us at hello@pippawillowbooks.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number. We'll send a working file or refund your order.

If you didn't receive your download link, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it.

Printed books
Our printed books are sold through Amazon and other retailers. Returns and refunds for those orders are handled by the retailer, under its own return policy.
